Prices and hours
The museum is on Plaza de Colón, next to Colón metro (line 4). It opens daily 11:00 to 19:00 from October to March and until 20:00 from April to September, with the box office closing an hour earlier. Allow about an hour and a half with the Wax Horror passage, which is included according to our wax museum page.
| Option | Price | Included | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|

| Two-person or family pack, online | EUR 17 per person (family of 2 adults and 2 children: EUR 14 per person) | Entry | Couples and families |
| Tiqets ticket | Price depends on the date, 4.5 out of 5 from 401 reviews | Entry; show the ticket at the first gallery | Booking with other visits |

Official site or Tiqets?
The official online packs are hard to beat for two people or a family. Tiqets stays useful when you combine visits: the museum is sold there with the Bernabéu stadium (from EUR 56) and with Sweet Space. Note that the Tiqets ticket is non-refundable and the date cannot be changed, whereas the official site may offer other terms: read both before paying.
Who it suits, and the traps
- Children. The figures can be photographed up close and Spanish history is staged; the horror passage is not recommended for under-12s, according to the museum.
- Experience fans. The site also sells an escape game at EUR 35 and a mentalism show at EUR 30.
- Wednesday. It is the cheapest day for entry alone.
- Tickets. Keep them for the whole visit: they are used inside the galleries.
If you hesitate
If you would rather have a more classic museum nearby, the National Archaeological Museum is a few minutes' walk away and a different kind of outing.
