Timing and booking
In Madrid, dinner rarely starts before 21:00. Book several days ahead for a group, confirm the number of guests and flag dietary needs. Plan the trip too: from IFEMA or a business hotel, the centre is reached by metro or taxi; see hotels near IFEMA.

We give no prices: menus and rates change, and the two sites we read did not publish a clear range. Check the menu online and ask for a quote for a group. Set a budget per guest before booking, wine included.
