What the ticket includes
The museum is at Paseo de la Esperanza 1, in the Arganzuela district. It opens 10:00 to 20:00 (until 21:00 on Thursday). Plan about one hour. Press articles mention more than 170 pieces, among them reproductions of Rage, The Flower Thrower and Girl with Balloon; the figure comes from the operator. The Tiqets ticket covers the museum and the shop, with optional audio guide, weekend guided tour or the free Monday tour. Headphones are not provided.

Box office or Tiqets?
The reference price is the box office one: EUR 14, according to March 2026 press and our Museo Banksy page. On Tiqets you can cancel until your time slot and reschedule any time before the visit, which helps if the weather or your plans change. If the price for your day is the same, choose the option whose cancellation terms suit you.
What to make of the show
Media describe it as unofficial and unconnected to the artist: reproductions and pieces linked to his stencils. In Amsterdam, the Moco Museum is a modern art museum showing living artists including Banksy, a more museum-like experience. In Madrid you come for an hour of atmosphere and photos, not originals. It suits rainy or very hot days, and the route is advertised as step-free.
Traps to avoid
- Opening hours. On Thursday it closes at 21:00; last entry is 45 minutes before closing.
- Guided tours. They are advertised as free on Monday and paid at weekends: select them when you book.
- Headphones. They are not included with the basic entry ticket.
- Choosing the offer. The stencil workshop changes the price, not access to the rooms.
After the visit
The museum is near the Matadero and the Madrid Río riverside walk, ideal to extend the outing. For a guided look at the centre, see this Madrid walking tour on GetYourGuide, unrelated to the museum. For more ideas, read what to do in Madrid when it rains.
